VISION

“To empower women through quality, value-based and inclusive education that nurtures knowledge, skills, confidence, creativity and leadership, enabling every learner to become a responsible, self-reliant and socially conscious citizen committed to sustainable development and nation building.”

The College envisions becoming a centre of excellence in women’s education by providing a learner-centric, inclusive and supportive academic environment, particularly for students from rural, semi-urban and socio-economically disadvantaged communities.

The College seeks to integrate traditional knowledge, contemporary education, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), innovation and emerging areas of learning to prepare students for higher education, employment, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning.

MISSION

The mission of Pahalwan Gurudeen Mahila Mahavidyalaya is to provide accessible, affordable, inclusive and quality higher education to women, particularly those belonging to rural and semi-urban communities, and to equip them with knowledge, skills, values and confidence for a successful and meaningful life.
